Name Registry entry

Associate a person's actual name with their EMu username.

When EMu needs to show the owner of a resource it will use the username by default. With the Name Registry entry, the name of the person (or whatever is specified as name in an entry) will appear in brackets after the username.

Usage

This Registry entry is assigned to users:

Key User
Key 1 User
Key 2 user
Key 3 Name
Value name
User user Name name

where:

user

is an existing username

name

is the user's name.

Example

Jim Stokes has username jim:

Key Setting
Key 1 User
Key 2 jim
Key 3 Name
Value Jim Stokes

When EMu shows jim as the owner of a resource, it will display as jim (Jim Stokes).
